what will you do?

Ultimately, we'd like for you to engage with our guests by walking them through the process of receiving their FREE valet pass.

STEP 1

Guide the guest to scan the QR code with their phone (leads them to our special happy hour website)

STEP 2

Instruct the guest to complete the form to receive a free valet pass

STEP 3

The guest will receive a confirmation text and can expect to receive their confirmation codes within 24 hours via email

If you have used our service before, you will notice that we have updated the appointment booking process to provide even more convenience to our customers. 

Customers will purchase a valet pass and can use it when their vehicle needs it's next service.

How do I book an appointment once I have my valet passes?

  1. Go to getswerviced.com

  2. Select "book appointment" from the menu

  3. Enter confirmation code (sent to your email after valet pass purchase)

  4. Select service pick-up details (date restrictions may apply)

  5. Once form is submitted, you will receive a valet confirmation text

How do I purchase more valet passes? 

  1. Go to getswerviced.com

  2. Select the "Valet Passes" button

  3. Select the valet package that's right for you

  4. Once purchased, you will receive an email with your confirmation codes

  5. Valet passes will be valid through December 31, 2020

Can I still book through the app?

​All valet bookings are being confirmed through our website, getswerviced.com.

 

How do I pay for the actual repair/maintenance service?

​Upon completion of the service, S(w)ervice will send you a digital invoice via SMS text.

Is my car covered during the valet?

​Absolutely! S(w)ervice has over $1M in liability coverage for your vehicle while in our possession.

How can I purchase a shirt?

​Shirts are on-sale at The Lumbar for $25 - get one while supplies last!

What is S(w)ervice?

​We are a service that picks-up your vehicle, take it to be serviced, then brings it back to you.
